💻 What you'll do
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies and campaigns for the CIS region to drive user growth and engagement.
Manage and expand relationships with local KOLs, communities, and partners.
Oversee online and offline marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.
Work closely with the global marketing, BD, and product teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
Lead and mentor the CIS marketing team to achieve KPIs and long-term growth.

 ⚙️What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
 Deep understanding of the CIS crypto market and its community ecosystem.
 Strong network with CIS-based KOLs, media, and communities is highly preferred.
 Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (both required).
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and data-driven decision-making.
