Overview

You will join one of the teams creating tools for rapidly scaling LLM solutions for business tasks. The goal is to build a unified architectural stack for implementing and managing intelligent services. Work here is an opportunity to influence how AI tools and assistants help hundreds of thousands of users and employees.

What you will do

• Design the architecture of AI assistants and LLM tools, including multi-component services, API interfaces, and automation tools.
• Integrate RAG solutions, including vector search and embedding.
• Design and maintain SDKs and tools for integrating LLMs, function calling, tools, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Audit and optimize architecture, identify bottlenecks, and implement security and scaling best practices.
• Support internal implementation teams by conducting architectural reviews, writing guides, and participating in community training and development.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex LLM systems or AI platforms.
• Experience integrating models from different vendors, such as OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Claude, and Qwen.
• Understanding of modern approaches to RAG, including working with vector databases and embedding pipelines.
• Experience with function calling, tools, agents, multi-agent systems, and the architecture of agent and prompt chains.
• Confident Python skills for creating scripts, building pipelines, integrating with LLM APIs and vector databases, and automating processes.
• Understanding of modern LLM framework architectures like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ollama, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Nice to have

• Experience building platform solutions, SDKs, or low-code tools for AI assistants and supporting other teams.
• Skills in designing multimodal systems, including text, document, audio processing, and integrating multimodal models.
• Understanding of the specifics of fintech and experience implementing privacy by design principles and cross-border data processing.
