Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end scope of cross-team projects including requirements documentation and delivery tracking
• Communicate with partners and internal stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and priorities
• Drive clarity around ownership, responsibilities, and escalation paths
• Facilitate effort estimation and define realistic implementation timeframes
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and propose mitigation plans
• Maintain regular project status updates and run retrospectives to improve delivery processes

Requirements

• Fluent English required, Russian is a plus
• 3+ years experience as Project or Program Manager leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, multi-timezone teams

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or payments
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure loosely defined initiatives
• Data-informed decision-making skills using metrics and KPIs
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership, product, and engineering
