• Collaborate with business, development, and stakeholders to define functional and system requirements.
• Analyze existing solutions and data to propose product improvements and process optimizations.
• Model system processes, integration scenarios, and data flows using BPMN and UML.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models and object lifecycle models.
• Participate in web/mobile interface design, describing screen behavior and data display logic.
• Develop documentation: Use Cases, User Stories, integration specifications, and technical requirements.

Требования

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 3 years as a lead analyst.
• Deep understanding of web service architecture and REST principles; proficient with JSON/XML, HTTP, and authorization (including OAuth).
• Experience in designing, describing, and optimizing integration interactions, including third-party APIs.
• Experience designing microservices from scratch and improving them.
• Confident knowledge in UI/UX — ability to describe screen forms with user-oriented and data logic aspects.
• Experience with BPMN/UML, Confluence, JIRA, and Postman.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and change management practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience interacting with relational and NoSQL databases.
• English — at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation and conscious naming.
