YT Advisers is a dynamic and fast-growing investment banking boutique focused on M&A and equity/debt financing transactions for mid-cap companies in Russia. Founded in 2022, we have quickly made a name for ourselves in the market, closing 5 deals in 2024 alone, with the total historical deal value of the team exceeding $1 billion.
We advise clients on complex financial transactions, including M&A, debt restructuring, and capital market solutions, tailoring strategies to meet their unique needs. We are also actively expanding into private equity, having acquired our first portfolio company in 2024.

Requirements:
• Strong academic background and completed BA degree(preferably from HSE, NES, MSU or MGIMO)
• 2-3 years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance /Strategy Consulting / etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proactive and resourceful problem solver, capable of working in a team and eager to grow
Functional responsibilities:
• Support deal execution
• Conduct complex financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.) with guidance from associates and partners
• Prepare key investment materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and marketing presentations
• Assist in due diligence, ensuring data accuracy and supporting client interactions
• Conduct industry and company research to support valuation and business development efforts
