We are looking for a Digital Marketer who will drive traffic, improve conversions, and grow our online presence through smart digital campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and user engagement.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve search visibility.
- Run and optimize email and CRM campaigns for retention and upsell.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing initiatives with website improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors’ activities.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing (PPC, paid social, display).
- Strong knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex.Metrica, etc.).
- Experience with CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Ability to work with budgets, optimize ROI, and reduce CAC.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
