Senior QA Automation Engineer position at Zing Coach focusing on test automation, framework development, and AI tooling adoption in QA workflows

Обязанности
- Extend and evolve existing test and release frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated tests for backend services and mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Create and maintain automated test scenarios covering API, UI, and integration layers
- Perform hands-on exploratory and regression testing of critical features when needed
- Contribute to the adoption of AI tooling (AI-assisted testing, LLM-based test generation, etc.) in QA workflows

Требования
- Hands-on experience with test automation or leading automation initiatives
- Solid understanding of the testing pyramid, with practical experience in API, UI, and integration testing
- Familiarity with release pipelines and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or TeamCity
- Experience with test case and defect tracking tools (Qase, TestRail, or similar)
- Strong documentation skills: test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and use of network sniffers like Charles Proxy or Fiddler
- Experience with test automation frameworks, especially Appium (WebDriver) for mobile
- Effective communication skills focused on clarity, transparency, and assertiveness
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- A mindset oriented toward solving tasks, not just identifying problems
