❇️About the Role
✔️Zepter International, a globally established brand present in over 60 countries, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale its operations in Russia. This is a strategic leadership position focused on integrating operational excellence with commercial growth, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and organizational performance.

❇️Key Responsibilities
✔️Develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term growth, profitability, and market competitiveness
✔️Translate business goals into actionable operational plans, aligning sales targets with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
✔️Monitor the performance and impact of marketing campaigns on sales outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement
✔️Identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiency across all departments
✔️Provide clear, data-driven reports and insights to the Management Board on a regular basis

❇️Qualifications & Experience
✔️Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in operational, sales, or marketing management within international or fast-paced growth environments
✔️Proven track record of integrating cross-functional strategies to drive performance
✔️Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
✔️Ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven culture
