Overview

We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Specialist to monitor transactions, manage chargeback disputes, and handle customer claims.

What you will do

• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
• Manage chargeback disputes with acquiring banks.
• Handle customer claims related to fraudulent transactions.
• Maintain the automated transaction analysis system.
• Develop standards for handling problematic operations and interactions with acquiring banks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of card transaction processing technologies.
• Experience with anti-fraud/claims from the Merchant side in E-Commerce (1+ year).
• Knowledge of principles and methods of analysis in the field of fraud monitoring.
• Knowledge of the rules of Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide, MIR, American Express payment systems.
• Confident command of Excel.
• Confident command of English.
