SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking a Technical Writer.
Overview
You will be creating and maintaining technical documentation, working closely with various teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
What you will do
- Create and maintain user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and glossaries.
- Develop and update API documentation and configuration file descriptions.
- Produce release notes and microcopy.
- Collaborate with writers, integration managers, developers, and other teams.
- Mentor other technical writers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical documentation.
- Proven experience in writing user guides.
- Excellent knowledge of style guides.
- At least one year of experience in API writing.
- English: C1 and higher
- Russian: C1 and higher
- Experience with Git and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience writing for gambling or fintech domains.
- Ability to understand programming languages.
