Overview

The company is launching a new B2B platform for business trips and is looking for a Product Analyst to collect, process, and analyze product data for decision-making and hypothesis testing, form proposals for product development based on data, and interact with the development team, designers, and business units to support analytics.

What you will do

• Collect, process, and analyze product data for decision-making and hypothesis testing.
• Build and monitor product and business metrics.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for the team and stakeholders.
• Analyze the effectiveness of product solutions, conduct A/B tests and experiments.
• Participate in product development planning, forecasting indicators, and modeling scenarios.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst.
• Confident knowledge of SQL (preferably ClickHouse) and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Python for performing deeper data analysis.
• Experience with conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to find insights and formulate product recommendations based on data.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B products.
• Experience with large volumes of data (from 7 million MAU).
• Interest in travel and Travel Tech.
