What you will do

• Ensure roadmap execution and product quality.
• Manage and motivate a team to maintain high performance.
• Improve development infrastructure and predictability.
• Enhance the speed and efficiency of the development process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL.
• Experience of managing a cross-functional development team for at least 1.5 years.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with PHP 8+ and Laravel 10+.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of 121s and performance reviews.
• Good communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Bitrix experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Good understanding of testing and QA processes.
