Global Director of Crypto Partnerships Sales

Salary: $90k - $180k estimated
🔹Responsibilities
-Develop and execute a global sales strategy for partnerships in crypto media (e.g., CoinTelegraph, CoinDesk), public sector (e.g., government blockchain initiatives), and video gaming (e.g., studios, esports tournaments and tribes).
-Identify and secure strategic partnerships to integrate Coin Factory’s tokens (e.g., MGC, RZUSD) and GMaaS into gaming platforms, media campaigns, and public sector projects.
-Lead a sales team to negotiate and close high-value deals, targeting $8M+ in annual partnership revenue.
-Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns, thought leadership content, and gaming community events (e.g., AMAs, tournaments).
-Build relationships with gaming developers, publishers, and tribes to embed tokenized rewards and GMAAS in play-to-earn and metaverse ecosystems.
-Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage partnership pipelines, forecast sales, and provide insights to the CRO.
-Stay ahead of crypto regulations, gaming trends, and public sector blockchain adoption to align strategies with market opportunities.
Qualifications
-8+ years of partnership or sales leadership experience, with 3+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, gaming, or media sectors.
-Proven track record of securing partnerships generating $5M+ in annual revenue, ideally in crypto or gaming ecosystems.
-Deep knowledge of crypto media, public sector blockchain use cases, and video gaming (P2E, metaverse, esports).
-Strong network with crypto media outlets, government agencies, or gaming studios/publishers; existing C-suite or community leader relationships a plus.
-Experience leading global sales teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
-Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or crypto/gaming certifications preferred.
