Product Manager

Location: Remote (Russia)

What you will do

• Lead product roadmap development focusing on growth, user experience, and conversion improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and engineering to develop and implement features.
• Own and optimize key product metrics including business KPIs and user satisfaction.
• Apply lean methods to create, test, and implement hypotheses prioritizing impactful solutions.
• Launch new products or enter new markets and segments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing B2C web and mobile products.
• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to clearly describe business requirements impacting metrics.
• Strong understanding of product development, UX, data analysis, and business analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate findings into improvements.
• Experience in building effective product strategies.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities and uncertainty.
