Overview

The role involves developing and modifying internal bank regulations, analyzing business processes, assessing risks, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation.

What you will do

• Develop and modify internal regulatory documents related to opening, maintaining, and closing accounts, as well as settlement services.
• Analyze bank business processes, assess risks, and prepare risk mitigation recommendations.
• Develop and amend service rules and client agreements.
• Coordinate regulatory documents from other departments on related processes.
• Participate in process optimization and automation.
• Provide opinions on banking regulation issues and legal support for banking operations and products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector in methodology, internal control, or a legal department.
• Higher legal education.
• Understanding of laws and regulations governing financial and banking institutions.
• Ability to clearly express thoughts in writing, structure information, and formalize documents.
• Appreciation for teamwork, professionalism, and responsibility for results.
