Overview

The role involves meeting clients who have requested to open an account to assist with activation and answer questions, as well as providing customer support via chat when not in meetings.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to assist with account activation and answer questions.
• Help entrepreneurs understand and use banking services.
• Provide customer support via chat.
• Learn about banking services through a 2-month training program.

Requirements

• Есть опыт работы с людьми.
• Легко устанавливаешь контакт с клиентами, умеешь грамотно говорить и объяснять сложные вещи понятным языком.
• Умеешь ориентироваться в большом количестве информации и выделять главное.
• Умеешь организовать себя, работать без контроля и напоминаний.
