What you will do

• Meet clients who applied for account opening to assist with activation and answer questions.
• Support clients via chat when not meeting in person.
• Help clients understand and use bank services without pushing unnecessary products.
• Learn through a structured 2-month training program if no prior banking experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Анапа, Russia.
• Experience working with people.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex information simply.
• Ability to organize work independently without supervision.
