What you will do

• Analyze B2B market and competitors to adapt and improve advertising campaigns.
• Set up and scale advertising campaigns, including semantic collection and strategy selection.
• Work with landing pages: create design and development tasks, verify web analytics events.
• Launch test campaigns, validate hypotheses, and scale effective ones.
• Manage campaign efficiency: reduce CPA, increase CTR, clean negative keywords and platforms.
• Create and adapt creatives in collaboration with designers and illustrators.

Requirements

• Experience: at least 3 years in contextual advertising, agency or in-house, preferably B2B
• Knowledge of VK Ads, MyTarget, Telegram Ads
• Familiarity with Yandex.Metrica and Google Tag Manager
• Basic Figma skills for reviewing and editing layouts and texts
• Initiative, independence, and willingness to test new approaches
