Head of Product

Location: Russia

Overview

Lead the product strategy and development for the aviation segment within a top-3 Russian travel service. Manage multiple product teams and improve user experience across all platforms to help become the leader in airline ticket sales in Russia.

What you will do

• Develop and implement product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to implementation and evaluation.
• Lead and coordinate a team of product managers.
• Focus on enhancing user experience at all interaction stages.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Take direct responsibility for all product metrics in the aviation segment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in product management, preferably in TravelTech or e-commerce
• Experience as Head/Lead product manager managing at least four product teams
• Ability to define product vision and strategy based on market, user needs, and business goals.
• Strong analytical skills including data analysis, product metrics, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Team management skills with ability to delegate and develop team maturity.
• Deep understanding of product metrics and A/B testing.
