Location: Remote or office in Moscow time zone, including abroad

What you will do

• Design user interfaces considering all requirements and technical constraints.
• Work with and develop the design system, creating new components as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple development teams, participate in planning and PBR sessions.
• Engage with discovery team to identify product growth points through UX research and prototyping.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years as a product designer
• Design experience for web and applications.
• Experience launching and developing MVPs or products from scratch.
• Team player with strong communication skills across development teams.
• Proactive and responsible for results.
• Experience with various user research methods including moderated, unmoderated, corridor studies, interviews, and A/B testing.
• Good understanding of UX/UI and product thinking.
• Familiarity with design systems, prototypes, guides, Jira, and Miro.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel industry.
• Experience in B2B segment.
