Location: Remote or office in Moscow timezone
What you will do
- Resolve technical requests from users and analyze data via logs, dumps, and SQL queries
- Monitor availability drop alerts and address incidents
- Participate in tool development for hotel availability management
- Write documentation and communicate with related teams on incidents and process improvements
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a technical agent role
- Understanding of log structure and general technical literacy
- Ability to work with simple SQL queries
- English: B1 level or higher
