Product Owner, Clients’ Experience (FinTech): Leading the vision and roadmap for Xsolla’s Pay Station B2B user and integration experience with an accent on optimizing how clients interact with the payment ecosystem from integration to monitoring and analytics. Focus on designing, documenting, and evolving SDKs and APIs, enhancing self-service features, and driving initiatives to reduce integration time and improve client satisfaction.

Location: Remote (Global), with company offices in Baku (Azerbaijan), Berlin (Germany), Perm (Russia), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).

Salary: $53,995–$86,000 a year

What you will do

  • Define and own the Clients’ Experience product vision and roadmap for Xsolla’s Pay Station, aligning with global product strategy.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the integration experience, including designing and documenting Xsolla’s mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) and APIs.
  • Optimize the end-to-end B2B client journey, from integration and onboarding to operational visibility and financial reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent and transparent product experiences across all partner touchpoints.
  • Enhance tools and dashboards within the Publisher Account for clear reporting, real-time analytics, and payment operation control.
  • Gather and analyze partner feedback to identify pain points, prioritize improvements, and validate solutions through data, research, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in product management/product ownership, ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS, or developer platform products.
  • Proven experience working with SDKs (mobile preferred: iOS/Android) and APIs, including designing integration experiences and managing documentation.
  • Understanding of best practices for data collection and application/system architecture fundamentals.
  • Experience with B2B clients, translating business and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard).
  • English: C1+ (fluent written and verbal).

Nice to have

  • Understanding of partner lifecycle management, integration automation, or app distribution across mobile and web ecosystems.
  • Experience designing partner journeys and experiences for AI-based products.
  • Familiarity with mobile app monetization and gaming ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of developer experience (DevEx) principles, user research, and UX design for B2B or SDK-based products.
