• Analyze the market and competitors, search for new opportunities for product development.
• Generate and test hypotheses for network development, conduct client research and testing.
• Improve the product and CJM, improve the customer experience.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze metrics and key performance indicators for the network.
• Plan the installation, modernization, and replacement of ATMs.
• Reduce costs, optimize the placement of ATMs.
• Coordinate product and operational teams, as well as interact with marketing and PR to promote the network.

• Experience in designing and preparing for product launches.
• Experience working with product metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in industries with a distributed network (retail, telecom, infrastructure projects, etc.).
• Experience managing a small team.
