Risk Team Leader (Fintech): Leading a team of risk analysts and managing credit portfolios for InDrive Money, focusing on creating risk strategies, analyzing product profitability, and leading the development of new lending products. Location: Hybrid in Cyprus. Must not reside in or perform work from Russia, Crimea region, Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria.

What you will do

• Lead a team of risk analysts and manage credit portfolios.
• Create risk strategies for decision-making and analyze product profitability.
• Lead the development and launch of new lending products in new countries.
• Create and analyze limit policies, collaborating with data providers.
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, DWH, analytics, and tech teams.
• Create requirements for reporting and optimize loan rejects funnels.

Requirements

• Experience in risk analytics or portfolio management for at least 3 years.
• Experience in lending for individuals or SMEs and excellent knowledge of banking processes.
• Experience in team management.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Must not reside in or perform work from Russia, Crimea region, Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria.

Nice to have

• Experience in building risk and NPV models.
• Familiar with regression and boosting models.
• Experience in working with external funding and usage of alternative data for scoring.
