**Qualifications:
✔️IT Management and IT Operations skills
✔️Experience in Information Technology and IT Strategy
✔️Proficiency in Network Security
✔️Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✔️Familiarity with financial sector systems and software
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred
✔️Russian and English language proficiency (C1)

**Experiences:
✔️IT Operations experience in a bank or financial organization not less than 7 years
✔️Team management experience not less than 3 years
✔️ Work with international development bank is considered as an advantage
✔️The candidates from IBEC member countries (Mongolia, Vietnam and Russia) are most welcomed.
