Director of Information Technology
📍The International Bank for Economic Co-operation (IBEC) is a multilateral development bank registered with the United Nations Secretariat.
Qualifications
- IT Management and IT Operations skills
- Experience in Information Technology and IT Strategy
- Proficiency in Network Security
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with financial sector systems and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred
- Russian and English language proficiency (C1)
Experiences
- IT Operations experience in a bank or financial organization not less than 7 years
- Team management experience not less than 3 years
- Work with international development bank is considered as an advantage
The candidates from IBEC member countries (Mongolia, Vietnam and Russia) are most welcomed.
