Location: Remote with presence in multiple global cities including Kuala Lumpur, Almaty, Berlin, Dubai, London, and others

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and prototype AI-assisted product solutions and reusable workflow patterns.
• Create UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes in Figma and other tools.
• Prepare partner-facing presentations, landing pages, and product explainers.
• Conduct discovery research, UX tests, and experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Design monetization UX flows for D2C, in-app/F2P monetization, and LiveOps scenarios.
• Collaborate with analytics to define success metrics and interpret results.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years experience in product, growth, monetization, or UX design.
• Strong experience with D2C and F2P/in-app monetization UX.
• Proven AI production experience building prompt and workflow pipelines.
• Hands-on prototyping skills in Figma and related tools.
• Research and analytics skills including discovery, usability tests, and A/B testing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of modern product architecture including APIs and microservices.
• Experience with interaction design, motion, and design systems.
• Experience with D2C shops, checkouts, and payments or game monetization products.
