Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader (KOL)

As Bitunix is getting bigger in the market we're looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader to own and scale our presence in Russia & CIS. You will act as the regional growth owner, shaping strategy, executing partnerships, and building the foundation for long-term expansion, with the opportunity to evolve into a team leadership role as the achievements grows.

Responsibilities
• Drive user growth and strengthen Bitunix’s footprint in the CIS market through meaningful partnerships and collaborations with influencers and KOLs.
• Identify and build long-term relationships with influencers, trading communities, and strategic partners across the CIS crypto ecosystem.
• Support and grow local user communities, ensuring strong engagement and brand trust.
• Explore new business opportunities with partners, organizations, and potential investors.
• Represent the company as the leading regional figure at major industry events in Russia and abroad.

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, partnerships, influencer/KOL management, or user acquisition.
• Solid understanding of the CIS crypto market and its major players.
• Proven success in delivering growth or partnership results.
• Strong interest and passion for the crypto/blockchain space.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong Russian and English communication skills (B2+).
