👨‍💼 Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our RELEX Solutions team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in delivering advanced retail optimization solutions and working with some of the most powerful AI-driven supply chain platforms in the world. After the internship period successful candidates will have the opportunity to join international projects in the roles of a Solution Consultant and a Technical Consultant. There is an opportunity of a part time employment (20 – 40 hours a week).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a RELEX Solutions Intern, you will be involved in the following tasks:

-Learn in Relex Skills Academy;
-Assist with configuring and testing RELEX platform modules (forecasting, replenishment, space planning, etc.);
-Participate in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes;
-Support integration of RELEX with ERP and external systems;
-Help in analyzing client data for quality, completeness, and consistency;
-Work with consultants to document business requirements and technical specifications;
-Support functional testing and validation of system behavior;
-Prepare training materials, presentations, and documentation for end-users;
-Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training workshops.

✅ We are looking for:

-Students in the final stages of their bachelor's or master's degree programs or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Analytics, or related field;
-Upper intermediate English (B2) (fluent written and verbal). Knowledge of German / Italian will be a big plus;
-Ability to quickly learn new software and technical concepts;
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
-Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
-Experience in Java, SQL, Python, or other similar languages is a bonus;
-Ability to understand Supply Chain Management and other retail planning systems from an IT perspectives;
-Strong work ethic, ability to learn on the fly, autonomy in delivering tasks, and self-starter approach to taking on new challenges and expanding your horizons.
