Responsibilities:

• Execute trades across FX, commodities, indices, equities, and crypto CFDs in line with risk and hedging policies.
• Monitor client flow, exposures, and hedge positions in real time.
• Operate trading and liquidity systems: MT4/MT5, PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, MahiMarkets.
• Ensure best execution by monitoring pricing, spreads, slippage, and order routing.
• Communicate with Liquidity Providers regarding execution and trade discrepancies.
• Support risk management activities and escalation of breaches.
• Assist with trade reconciliation and troubleshooting execution issues.
• Collaborate with Trading Ops, Risk, and Quant teams.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as Trader, Execution Specialist, or Trading Operations professional.
• Previous experience at a CFD broker, fund trading desk, or bank.
• University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• Deep knowledge of CFD products (FX, commodities, indices, equities, cryptocurrencies).
• Understanding of order routing, execution models (A-book/B-book), and the full lifecycle of client trades.
• Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4/5 and one or more systems that connect brokers to multiple liquidity providers (such as PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, or MahiMarkets).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Nice to have: familiarity with FIX protocol and API trading, risk models (VaR, stress testing), basic SQL or Python skills, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
