What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to define problems, success metrics, and hypotheses; propose and measure experiments.
• Conduct deep analysis of user behavior, product funnels, and platform performance to drive growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain dashboards ensuring data correctness and usability.
• Specify data requirements, validate data quality, and collaborate with data warehouse teams.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for features and pricing strategies.
• Forecast revenue and margin, automate root-cause analysis, and improve forecast quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• 3+ years experience in product analytics, preferably in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Qlik), and statistical analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing design, hypothesis testing, regression, and time-series analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Business sense, clear communication, and structured thinking with attention to data quality.

Nice to have

• Applied machine learning experience including feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Experience with data warehouse concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
• Background in product, UX, or human behavior/psychology.
• Knowledge of German or other EU languages.
