What you will do

• Drive P&L, traffic, and monetisation performance for Eastern European sites.
• Build and execute market-specific growth strategies using data and analytics.
• Oversee commercial content production, localisation, and optimisation with clear KPIs.
• Manage and recruit a cross-market team including SEO, content, and account managers.
• Ensure compliance with local licensing and responsible gaming frameworks.
• Monitor regional trends and translate analytics into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and ideally one local language (Polish, Ukrainian, Czech, or Russian).
• Proven experience in iGaming, affiliate, or SEO-focused business management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• Experience supervising sales/account teams and coordinating cross-functional performance.
• Ability to work remotely with a multicultural team across Eastern Europe.
