Position: Sr. Director, Product
Company: Synapticure
Compensation: $220,000 - $250,000/year
Location: Remote (On-site work arrangement)
Employment: Full Time
Summary:
Lead strategy, execution, and delivery of Synapticure’s core technology platform, combining Product Management and Technical Program Management.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own product strategy and roadmap
- Translate clinician and operations needs into user stories and requirements
- Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch & improvement
- Partner with engineering on sprint planning and technical decisions
- Manage EMR integrations and platform infrastructure
- Establish project governance, resource allocation, risk management
- Use data to drive decisions and measure success
- Foster cross-team collaboration for timely execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product or Technical Program Management in healthcare/healthtech
- Experience managing EMRs and clinical workflow tools
- Player/coach leadership style with strategic vision
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Technical fluency for architecture discussions
- Healthcare, telehealth, or tech-driven service delivery experience preferred
