Задачи:

- Process and analyze large volumes of data;
- Build dashboards in Tableau and prepare data marts for visualization;
- Manage the full A/B testing cycle - from hypothesis and test design to results evaluation and business recommendations;
- Conduct analytical research, generate and validate hypotheses;
- Present insights and research results directly to the C-level team.

Требования:

Hard skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL (we use ClickHouse and MySQL);
- Excellent command of Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Plotly);
- Solid understanding of statistics (descriptive statistics, correlation & regression analysis, hypothesis testing, etc.);
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytical research.

Soft skills:
- Self-driven and well-organized - able to plan and prioritize effectively;
- Initiative and a willingness to experiment with new analytical tools and approaches;
- Structured thinking, strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven mindset;
- Clear communication - able to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:
- Courses in data analytics (e.g. Yandex Practicum, Karpov Courses);
- GitHub portfolio or links to personal projects.
