Data Analyst (Business Operations): Delivering analyses, experiments, and dashboards that drive measurable outcomes across regions with an accent on clarifying business problems, defining success metrics, and partnering with the Data Warehouse. Focus on optimizing sales strategy, forecasting revenue and margin, and improving operational processes.

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and hypotheses, proposing experiments and measuring their impact.
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards ensuring clarity, usability, and decision support.
- Analyze process, product, and platform performance to drive improvements.
- Specify data requirements, validate quality, and collaborate with DWH teams to maintain accurate marts and metrics.
- Prepare datasets, support model evaluation, help productize ML features, and contribute to ML projects.
- Optimize sales strategy, forecast revenue and margin, monitor marketplace balance, and improve operational processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years in analytics or data science, ideally in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
- SQL and Python (strong)
- Experience with dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, Confluence, and DWH concepts.
- Fluent in English and Russian (must).
Nice to have
- Applied ML experience.
- German or another European language.
