👉IB Analyst for Atomic Capital
Atomic Capital – independent investment banking group with a primary focus on M&A Advisory and Special Situations is looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team of experienced bankers (ex-Troika Dialog, Sber, VTB, UFG, etc.) as an Investment Banking Analyst. In 2025, we have already closed 3 M&A transactions including an over-the-counter sale of shares in a public IT company.
Role responsibilities:
- Analytical support of senior team members at each stage of a deal process;
- Preparation of presentation materials: pitches, onepagers, teasers, memorandums, etc.;
- Building detailed financial models from scratch and performing business valuation analysis;
- Coordination of external due diligence and legal consultants;
- Participation in direct communication with the clients and investors on various transaction issues.
