• Take full responsibility for the process: conduct segment research, test hypotheses for new promotion channels, work with image projects and performance.
• Build funnels, measure results and draw conclusions.

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience as an HR brand marketer with a focus on IT specialists.
• Ability to work with a funnel, understanding how to build relationships between different stages from awareness to hiring.
• Ability to work with analytics, understanding what data to collect and why.
• Ability to work with performance channels: targeted and contextual advertising, partner placements, advertising campaigns in VK, YAN and CPA networks.
• Successful cases of strengthening the recruiting funnel.
• Applies a product approach: formulates and quickly tests hypotheses.
• Ability to come up with non-standard solutions to problems when the usual no longer works.
• Knows that there are still many unused opportunities in the HR marketing market and wants to implement them.
• Can organize your work and does everything without control or reminders.
