What you will do

• Control changes in credit risk management strategies and assess the impact of implemented solutions.
• Analyze credit risk components behavior: PD, LGD, EAD.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for analysis and presentation of results.
• Validate risk levels in unit economics when launching credit products.
• Monitor company portfolios and assess the level of credit risk taken.
• Develop analytical expertise within the department.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in lending.
• Higher technical education.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical methods.
• Ability to structure, visualize, and summarize information.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and justify your position.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit risk management.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, uplift modeling, and causal inference.
• Completed courses in machine learning.
