Что делать

• Support the development of a cloud editor of documents, analyze user scenarios, validate hypotheses for improving the functionality of editing, joint work and integration with external systems.
• Coordinate tasks that affect multiple ecosystem products: ensure consistency of user experience, manage integrations between products and ensure uniformity of functionality.
• Analyze user behavior in the document editor, study competitors (Google Docs, Microsoft 365, Notion), identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Work with developers, designers and analysts, translate product requirements into technical tasks, participate in planning sprints and manage the backlog under the guidance of a senior product manager.
• Accompany the process of launching new editor features: from idea and research to release and analysis of implementation results.

Требования

• Worked as a product manager for more than three years, preferably with B2B- or SaaS-products
• Understand the specifics of office and document management solutions or are ready to quickly immerse yourself in the topic
• Know how to validate hypotheses and structure product tasks
• Launched new functionality from research to release
• Know how to analyze data and make decisions based on it
• Worked in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, analysts
• Are independent and ready to take the initiative with the support of a senior manager
• Know how to prioritize and justify your decisions
• Understand the principles of UX web products and mobile applications
• Know the basics of web technologies and can discuss technical implementation with developers
