TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Responsible for increasing conversion to successful booking and adapting the process for B2A retail products by experiments, UX research, hypothesis building based on data and P&L modeling. Focus on measurable growth of key financial and product metrics through initiatives such as search and booking recommendations, content display optimization, and booking scenarios for multiple users.

- Increase conversion to successful booking and adapt the process for B2A retail products.
- Form and implement a strategy for growing financial performance through initiatives such as search and booking recommendations.
- Manage the full cycle of A/B testing — from idea generation and prioritization to statistical verification and analysis.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, developers, and content managers to identify key points for reducing conversion and developing solutions to improve it.
- Collaborate with regional and business stakeholders to localize and scale successful experiments in various markets.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication on plans, status, and results.
Требования
- 4+ years of experience in product management in online tourism, marketplaces, fintech, or other transactional B2C/B2B platforms.
- Proven experience in growing conversion or optimizing the product funnel through A/B testing and data-driven iterations.
- Confident knowledge and practical experience in designing and conducting experiments, analyzing statistical significance, and validating hypotheses.
- Experience managing the full product development cycle — from discovery to release — in cross-functional and agile teams.
- Advanced skills in using A/B testing and data analysis tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, internal dashboards).
- Strong analytical thinking, the ability to formulate and test hypotheses, and a focus on measurable results (CR, FNBC, retention).
- Ability to break down complex tasks into understandable and executable product initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in building interaction between business, technical, and regional teams.
- Experience working in growth teams or in a fast-paced experimentation environment.

- Skills in working with SQL or BI for independent data analysis.
