• Develop, support and optimize the server part of complex web applications on Python/Django (Intranet, Internal merch shop, career portals).
• Design architecture, choose optimal solutions for business tasks and scaling systems.
• Write and optimize queries to databases (PostgreSQL).
• Integrate with external services and APIs.
• Implement best testing practices, ensure code quality and reliability (unit tests, integration testing).
• Participate in the implementation of CI/CD, interact with DevOps engineers on deployment and monitoring issues.

Требования

• 5-7+ years of commercial development in Python and Django.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL: schema design, writing and profiling complex SQL queries, performance optimization).
• Practice in implementing and supporting task queues (RQ, Celery), caches (Redis).
• Experience in SCRUM/Agile teams, confident command of team development tools (git, code review, issue trackers).
• Experience in writing tests, covering business logic with unit and integration tests.
• English at B1 (intermediate) level.

• Proficiency in additional programming languages (Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience in implementing a microservice architecture, integration practices between services (gRPC, protobuf, REST API, message brokers).

• Knowledge of principles and practices of web application security (API protection, authentication and authorization, encryption, etc.).
