What you will do

  • Test automation tools for the sales department.
  • Improve reporting on sales effectiveness.
  • Generate hypotheses for enhancing sales funnels.
  • Conduct A/B tests on implemented changes.
  • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to optimize communication scenarios.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in data analytics for at least 2 years.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL and Clickhouse).
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries for big data analysis.
  • Experience with BI systems (Metabase, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Ability to conduct economic A/B tests.
  • Strong communication skills to advocate for your viewpoints.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sales department or as a sales analyst.
