What you will do

• Draft technical specifications for new content and features.
• Assist with restaurant balancing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience playing casual and mid-core mobile games, with a good understanding of the audience's interests.
• Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn how to justify balance decisions and anticipate how changes may impact gameplay.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and an eagerness to learn configuration tools.
• An understanding of key metrics: ARPU, LTV, retention.
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in documentation.
• Knowledge of the Russian language at the B2 level.

Nice to have

• Any commercial experience working on casual projects.
• Familiarity with Unity, GIT, and configuration tools.
