What you will do

• Develop and manage HR products to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Formulate product vision and requirements, including budget planning and employee data management services.
• Collaborate closely with the Support department and stakeholders.
• Create user scenarios and manage documentation.
• Control task execution and ensure timely delivery of value to the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Ability to quickly understand new subject areas and apply skills effectively.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Proficient in tools like Youtrack/Jira, Figma, and SQL.
• Strong communication skills with development teams and stakeholders.
• Conversational English at B2 level.
