• Coordinate with foreign partners regarding update plans, content releases, monetization events, and development requests.
• Manage and coordinate specialists working on projects, ensuring task completion and quality of project assets.
• Control project monetization by forming monthly plans and executing project KPIs.
• Analyze potential projects for operation in the CIS region and manage the licensing process.
• Evaluate competitor projects and identify industry trends with the marketing department.

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience operating a launched game project as a Project Manager or Producer.
• Experience launching and/or working with an MMO project on a PC platform in the CIS region is desirable.
• English language proficiency at least at the Intermediate level.

• Experience operating a game in the "FPS/shooter" genre.
