What you will do
- Design and implement targeted marketing plans for Russia and the CIS region, aligning with global objectives and customer needs.
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share across Russian-speaking countries by identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align on business priorities and contribute to commercial goals.
- Partner with product, design, and marketing ops to improve the client onboarding journey.
- Act as the marketing lead for the region, working closely with internal teams across various departments.
- Provide recommendations and updates to leadership and internal teams on market insights and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a regional or digital marketing role focused on Russia or the CIS region.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization.
- Commercial mindset with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact through marketing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align diverse teams behind shared regional goals.
- Analytical approach with experience using data and insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential.

- Qualification (BA degree or equivalent professional experience).
- Working experience within a Brokerage environment.
