What you will do

• Integrate and develop voice personalization algorithms, noise suppression, echo cancellation, and speech recognition technologies.
• Optimize performance to reduce resource consumption and increase the speed of voice models.
• Monitor quality, stability, and low latency of voice input across all products.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and algorithm developers to integrate their solutions into device infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python and C++ with strong low-level programming and optimization skills.
• Understanding of neural networks and their application on resource-constrained devices.
• Experience in developing and debugging multithreaded or high-load systems.
• Familiarity with Linux environment and tools for containerization and automation (Docker, CI/CD).
• Ability to analyze and improve existing code architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX Runtime, TFLite.
• Optimized models for mobile and embedded devices.
• Familiarity with methods for evaluating speech recognition quality and audio algorithms.
