What you will do

• Produce price assessments and indices in line with company methodology and IOSCO principles.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive contact-base.
• Deliver actionable, regular, accurate market commentary and in-depth analysis.
• Back up colleagues on their pricing patches, ensuring processes are followed and editorial judgement is applied.
• Attend and report on events and webinars, chairing panel discussions on behalf of the company.
• Take responsibility for key aspects of projects to launch new prices and promote current prices.

Requirements

• A high level of written and spoken English is necessary - knowledge of other languages such as Ukrainian, Russian or other European language is helpful, but not essential
• An interest in and understanding of financial markets and commodities, grains and/or agriculture market experience preferred.
• Pricing experience is helpful, but is not required.
• Journalistic reporting experience is helpful, but is not required.
• Strong networking and communication skills, confident telephone manner.
• Ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets and produce analytical editorial copy.
