What you will do

• Write service messages and texts for API product interfaces.
• Create landing pages, banners, and promotional texts.
• Prepare announcements about API method updates in collaboration with a technical writer.
• Propose and advocate for changes to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience as a product editor for at least one year.
• Experience working with API products.
• Understanding of product creation and collaboration with product owners and designers.
• Ability to edit text directly in Figma.
• Knowledge of following TOV in various communications.
• Self-organized and proactive in improving processes.
