• Lead meta-features from GDD writing to release, focusing on the improvement system.
• Analyze released features and player feedback, working with statistics.
• Set tasks for programmers, artists, and UX/UI designers.
• Analyze competitor features.

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in game design, including at least two years on midcore projects.
• Experience working with meta-features.
• Understanding of the economy in f2p games.
• Experience with project monetization, forming short-term and long-term goals.
• Basic understanding of shooter core, including the "feeling" of the game.
• Significant experience playing shooters.
• Experience working with analytics for specific features and the overall project.
• Experience with Unity, Git, and Asana.
